Package Inclusions

Single-Day Package

Event day access
Barn setup begins at 11 AM on your event day. His and Hers Get-Ready Suites are available from 8 AM to 6 PM.

Guest capacity
Seating is included for up to 150 guests in our 4,000-square-foot barn. Additional seating is available for $3.50 per guest, up to a maximum of 250 guests.

Ceremony rehearsal
A weekday ceremony rehearsal is included Monday through Thursday. Times vary based on venue availability.

Venue amenities
Enjoy air-conditioned restrooms, a commercial kitchen, fully licensed bar, patio and bonfire area, yard games, and ample parking with signage.

Setup & support
Full setup and teardown of venue tables, chairs, and selected add-ons are included, along with a dedicated Facility Manager on-site for day-of support.

Early barn access, rehearsal dinner space, and overnight lodging may be available for single-day events. Contact us for availability and pricing.

Exclusive Weekend Package

Over $15,000 total value

Exclusive property access
Enjoy private access to the entire 10-acre property from Friday at 11 AM through Sunday at 11 AM.

Up to 250 guests
Full setup and seating are included for up to 250 guests, with your choice of an indoor or outdoor ceremony.

Two nights of lodging
A two-night stay for up to 18 guests in our get-ready houses is included, along with the lodging cleaning fee.

Rehearsal & rehearsal dinner
Host your ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on-site for up to 50 guests at your preferred time.

Weekend amenities
You'll have access to the commercial kitchen, fully licensed bar, air-conditioned restrooms, bonfire area, and yard games throughout your stay.

Setup & weekend support
Complete setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and selected add-ons are included. A dedicated Facility Manager is available throughout the weekend.
