The Farmhouse

$550 / Night

Built in the 1850s and newly renovated in 2026, the Farmhouse brings together the best of old and new. Original hardwood floors, antique details, and a stone fireplace give it plenty of character, while two porches overlooking the countryside offer a quiet place to relax and take it all in.

With room for up to 12 guests, the Farmhouse gives your closest friends and family a comfortable place to settle in and make themselves at home for the weekend.

As part of a wedding weekend at Sugarland, the Farmhouse also doubles as a spacious getting-ready spot, so you, your family and closest friends can spend the morning together just steps from the celebration.

Tucked near the old mill site and stream, the Cottage offers a cozy, private place to stay right on-site. With two porches overlooking the countryside, a full kitchen, and room for up to six guests, it’s a comfortable place for family and friends to settle in for the weekend.

Lodging FAQs & Policies

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 30 days before your reservation to receive a refund of your deposit. A $50 processing fee applies to cancellations.

Cancellations made within 30 days of your stay, shortened stays, and early departures are responsible for the full reservation amount.

What deposit is required?

For lodging booked separately, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

If lodging is included with your wedding package, the lodging fees will be included in your event contract.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks, credit cards, and Venmo.

Can we rent the property for a meeting or retreat?

Yes! Contact us for day-use rates and availability for meetings, retreats, and other events.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
